In our study of apples we have tried them in a lot of different forms. We have taste tested and graphed our preference for types of apples. We dehydrated apples, made applesauce and pie and juice. Here we are sampling our pies. Yum!

We peeled apples with Mrs. West's apple peeler that takes off the peel in one long strip. We measured the strips in standard and non-standard units. We found some peels that were the same height as we were and some even taller than a teacher!  We set out many peels end to end and they were longer than all the students lying down!
